This item you can buy it directly but notes that:

1. All mini pcs with 3years warranty.

2. If you need install operating system, pls indicate in the Remarks Column. We can provide free OEM cracked win7/8/10 os, other languages can be selected among: Russian,Spanish,Portuguese,French,German,Arabic,Italian,Japanese,Turkish,Greek etc. Please inform us which language you want to install. Other systems we can install free are like Linux, XBMC(Kodi), Ubuntu, Openelec etc if you need. Seller is irresponsible and makes no compensation for cracked system. For license os, you can install it in local.

3. Customer need bear the tax when item in the process of customs clearance. About the value write on the Commercial Invoice, we will write real value on it if without additional requirements.

4. For accessories Memory and Storage, we usually use brand like: Samsung, micron, SanDisk, toshiba, hynix, crucial, liteon, kingston, phison, KingFast etc. The brand is depends on our test and our stock. Any requirements about the accessories, pls contact June Kang online.

5. If order barebone system(No RAM, No Storage, No WIFI ), goods without wifi module and antenna. If product with configuration, we will install the wifi moudule for you, about the module, which can fix the product. Any requirements about the WIFI Module, pls inform us.

6. For free logo laser print, pls provide vectorgram. Usually, we will put the logo on the upper, any idea about that, pls let me know.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
